Suggestion Title: Ability to send a value amount of Gems.

How would it benefit the server: It will allow players to gift more than just one Gems rather than having to trade them. So for example, Player A wants to send 1 million Gems to Player B whilst they are AFK meaning that he can't accept trade invites to accept the 1 million Gems or another example of this could be to surprise someone like a birthday gift.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A, Gems have no inventory weight.
