[Murder Head Administrator] Wolfi's Application

I have not been a Head Administrator on any of the ZARP Servers, or any other community.
I have only been been Super Administrator on Murder for 4 months and 2 weeks ago but I believe I am ready to take on the position as Head Administrator. I have also been Prop Hunt Administrator for some time(joined Prop Hunt when the server came out), I was also TTT Administrator for almost 5 months but then I decided to come back 2 months and 1 week ago but then I resigned and revoked, then resigned again
I believe I am trusted enough for the position as Head Administrator because I have never gotten a punishment on any of the ZARP Servers for a very VERY long time ago. Last warning/punishment I got was from TTT around a year ago.

I'm always trying to come on to help out players, or punish rule breakers. I never want to leave the server without a staff member that can handle the server while I'm gone, and when I leave/before I leave I always try to get someone on.
I'm very active on the Murder server, and I were kinda active, trying to get on TeamSpeak everyday and I'm active on the Forums. I did get an official warning for my activity 4 Months ago but the week after I got much more activity, and that has continued to this day, but now I have even more! On Murder I don't really care to get my time, that is not what I think about. I just play when I feel like the server needs staff and I play to help people, have fun, make other people have fun and just overall have a great time.

I try to be as friendly and helpful as I can, I help people who has missing textures or is missing content. I always get asked questions like how to play, what is this loot things, how do I get more guns and I always try to answer the best I can. I also try to kinda funny, I want to make the whole server have a great time. I want to make people feel like they always can get help. I also try to communicate with the whole server, to get to know more and more people. I always make sure what a player did wrong before punishing them.

I believe I'm quite dedicated to Murder and ZARP as a whole. I have been in this communtiy for over 1 year and 5 months and in that time I believe I have made a few friends and helped many people, I will still continue helping people because that is what I love doing. I have been in the Murder Staff team since the server launched, I applied and got accepted for Moderator in the first ever Murder Meeting. I report bugs and talk to staff if they do something wrong and/or is inactive. I always want Murder to be a successful server, and I still want that. I will work and work to make it a better server, to get more players and other things. I might sometimes come of as a little immature, but that is not how I am, it is probably me trying to be funny. But I am mostly trying to be "funny" to people I know(like the staff team etc.). I always want to help out, if it is demoting people, speaking to people, helping with the spreadsheet and many other things. I want the best for the server, and I will continue to believe in that. I believe communication and trust is a very big part of a good staff team. That is why I want to get to know the whole staff team and I want them to able to trust me. They should always be felt welcome and that they have someone to talk to. I always tell many people that I am almost always available on Steam and sometimes TeamSpeak in case they need any help. People should not be scared to ask for help when needed, I try to tell everyone that. When I'm trying someone, I get to know that person a little more and that is great. I also try to make other staff members get to know more of the staff team so it would be a better team.
