You have been here for a long time, and i do belive you are ready in allot of the factors there is to become a lead team member.
How ever, i still do believe you need to go harder on being there for people on the server, help anyone out whenever it's needed, especially new mods. But you did make a guide for them, which also is a huge help.
But just be there for everyone on server1, the most.
Be active a whole lot around lead team itself, and you will get it in no time.
