I agree with this:
'Time spent in community has no correlation with competency, I've seen admins and super admins with less competency levels than Corgi, she does a great job and her time spent in the community should not be a deciding factor in the upcoming meeting.'

Yeah, I understand Corgi may not have the most time on the server, but it doesn't really matter, it's not like she has just joined. Furthermore, time is a pretty poor indicator, because if you are going to use this to see if someone would make a good staff, then let me refer you to some AFK miner accounts.
