Time spent in community has no correlation with competency, I've seen admins and super admins with less competency levels than Corgi, she does a great job and her time spent in the community should not be a deciding factor in the upcoming meeting.
The time factor people talk about isn't meant for just saying "oh hasn't been in the community long enough" people say this because time equals consistency. Adding a few weeks onto someone to see their consistency and dedication is what that is for. It's to test if they can consistently keep up how well they're doing and how dedicated they are in earning the position. Time is a factor in the vote, it would be stupid to say it isn't.
