As people have already mentioned you have a gap in your activity (not that it really matters as there is time for improvement). I think you should add all your game trackers even if they show no recent activity they still show total play time which is something that the lead team may take into consideration. You are very friendly and always helpful . You do an amazing job as a staff member but a lot of people have pointed out you have only been in the community for about 2 months which is truly not enough for you to become a super administrator.You stand out quite a bit from the rest of the staff members and i don't think that is because you "are a woman". You have a lot of experience already with dealing situations in-game and your team speak activity and forums activity are both great. I honestly think you will get denied this week along side anyone else you applies this week even though you "are a woman" because EiPUS just got accepted and there is no need for more super administrators. As much as people don't wanna admit it the semi serious role play servers have declined a bit in the past month and there really is no need for another lead team member. Good luck !
