You are a decent admin as for right now, but i do believe you need more knowledge when it comes to staffing, such as being onehundred percent sure about the rules. Become a lead team member, usually means, getting to know the rules by heart.
I also believe you need to show more of the leadership part when staffing, helping new staff, talking to all the staff members.
Being active in the meetings helps a whole lot aswell.
I would atleast give it a few more weeks before applying for the promotion, but it's always good to hear some feedback before doing so!

Good luck.

I've typed my reply like 3 times, so I'm just going to paraphrase what I've typed lol.

I appreciate your advice and concerns. However I feel as though I know the rules quite well. 99% knowledge of the rules. I'm pretty quick at picking things up. Last time I asked about a rule was because there was confusion between 5 staff members, 2 rules seemed to go together, but they really didn't. We figured it out together as a team. Other than that, I only pull up the rules so I can copy paste something when someone asks.
As for leadership, I mentioned a few times in my app about how people have begun to come to me about their concerns and questions, and when someone needs an admin in game, they often ask for me. I've been helping new staff members, helping them through sits, helping them with commands, etc etc. I spoke to someone on TS today that had just been accepted as a mod and walked them through a bunch of the commands and the dos and don'ts of sits. I've taken on a leadership role of sorts. Obviously not in the way an SA has, because when an SA is on they're more sought after. When there isn't one on, I'm almost always asked what to do.

(Would also like to say I was only "inactive" during one meeting when there were like 20+ f1s on S1, and I apologized for not paying attention 100%).

God this sounds attacking, doesn't it? If it does, I don't mean it in that sort of way. I am merely stating this because I feel as though I am being based on my time within the server. I knew the rules before joining (to a certain extent), I knew staff members, I knew people within the community. Just because this steam account says 2 months means nothing. I know more about this server than everyone thinks. Please think of my worth through my work, not my time.
