You are a decent admin as for right now, but i do believe you need more knowledge when it comes to staffing, such as being onehundred percent sure about the rules. Become a lead team member, usually means, getting to know the rules by heart.
I also believe you need to show more of the leadership part when staffing, helping new staff, talking to all the staff members.
Being active in the meetings helps a whole lot aswell.
I would atleast give it a few more weeks before applying for the promotion, but it's always good to hear some feedback before doing so!
