Although you're one of the greatest staff members I known the problem is you joined Zarp ~2month ago. Although you do a great job as an Admin but you have very little knowledge of how Higher up Lead Team work. Although you might say the same thing about me but I joined Zarp in 2015 and I was around for quiet a while now. I think you need more time as a Admin. You talked about helping out Staff members about rules but you ask many questions about the rules as well (often basic things) and if you want to take place in a leader ship position you should be fully comfortable with everything regarding to SSRP. And It is called "Emergency Demotion" and it is the fact that a SA+ takes a Staff members rank away until it is discussed in the LT meeting on Saturday as they causing mass problems. I hope you read this and I wish you the best of luck tho. Just to add a bit of conclusion: Be more Confident when it comes to situations, Focus on the meeting, Handle appeals/Reports (I know you do) and show a leading skill towards staff members, guiding them to become a better person and staff.
