Your activity could use with a bit of improving because as of right now you have 4 days of high activity and then nothing (don't blame you game tracker is shit and probably didn't count correctly) but you have quite some time to improve on that. You have quite a bit of experience being a trouble in terrorist town head administrator and a ex- prop hunt head administrator. I'm gonna assume you have no recent warnings and you are really friendly and always keep a good attitude on the server. As for your application it covers all that is needed and your team speak activity is very high same goes with your forum activity which may not be that important as a moderator but still a positive. Over all just keep up a good activity while avoiding any and all conflicts with you users and staff members , keep up a good attitude , be friendly at all times and don't get any recent punishments.
