You do a good job on allot of the gamemodes you are lead team member on. But i do feel like you need to put allot more time into ssrp in general as it's the hardest gamemode to staff on, takes longer time than all the others.
You are a decent guy, and i respect you for all the time you put into helping the owners of zarp achieve things most people cant.
But i still feel like, if you want become a ssrp headadmin, you need to atleast more double the amount of time into staff on the gamemode, than now.
