Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:Let them look at a video and see if they understand how. If they still don't understand it I would explain them the a-d bhop. When you move your mouse to the left you press A, when you move your mouse to the right you press D.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:First I would give them a verbal. If they continue text/mic spamming I would mute / gag the person for a few minutes. After that if he still spams, I would mute / gag the player or the rest of the map.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: First I would tell them that they are using an exploit and that they should stop. If he/she is still using the exploit, I would warn them. If they continue after the warn i would try and find help from a Admin+ to ban the player

Why I should be chosenI should be chosen because i am a DR Admin and a Murder Moderator and these staff rank gave a lot of trust to multiple people in the Murder and Death Run community and i have been active lately and i wanted to see how the staff are doing. Well in my opinion (don't forget this is my opinion) most of the staff members don't care about someone getting insulted or mic/chat spamming. they just join the server and get AFK. i got DDos threats from someone yesterday and 2 staff members were on, i told them in @Chat to handle this but they ignored me
