I do recall this, but I was in spectator when you reported me as I was trying to gather evidence of a hacker. I replied wait a min to try and get the response menu off of the screen.

I will see if I can find any footage of the shooting when I am home, as I remember you shooting me and I took 20ish health each shot before I went into spectator mode. As others have said, it may be due to the hitboxes. When I am home I will post anything I have!
