I don't know how to calculate the exact timeframe. All I remember was the tab menu saying "This map will change in 239 rounds..." a round or two after what happened. Might be the exact round too. I don't know. You do the math. I asked people in chat also to tell me how to see the round and they said I could only know by pushing F2 and tab the next round. I did and I still couldn't figure that out.

I considered lag on my side too but I was really close to him when I was shooting. Plus, I didn't see anything being said in chat. And also, why was his reply like that? ("wait a min")

Anyway, I just wanted to put this here for your own concerns like I already mentioned. I found it very suspicious on my side.
