As much as i want to give you support as you were a good admin in the past i can't. You only have 1 day of activity and in just that day you have gotten 2 recent punishments both for RDM, as an ex-staff i would expect you to be applying with 0 recents as you should know the rules and be following them. I would say apply next week and if you have no more recent punishments then i would say yes. Also in your application you said an appropriate use of the ban command would be if someone is hacking on the server, you as an admin should never ban someone you think is hacking as only the lead team have access to the anti-cheat and if they dont show up on it they are discussed in the meeting.
