I read through the whole application. It is extremely Detailed and it seems like you already know the Super Admin's job. I tried to spot mistakes, but couldn't find any, except that you can't Demote people on the Spot as Super Admin. Only Head Admins can do that .

All in all this is a very nice application and I believe it shows your character and dedication.
