He doesn’t have to come up with new ideas to become super admin

I didnt just say that he has to come up with new ideas to become a SA.
Leadership + acually caring about the community/people on there, helps.. Allot...

If he didnt care about the community or the people then why is he LT on Bhop, Admin on Surf, and Deathrun admin?
And explain to me how you can be a leader on a server where you jump on a ramp and fly around.
