I dont think you are ready for that position to be honest.
Being a lead team member, means doing something for the community and showing leadership.
I have not seen any of this from you, because. When you are on the server, you dont do much from what i have seen.
But, if you improve a bit more on interracting with people on the server, and aswell as coming up with new stuff for the server, to make it better. I will be giving you a huge plus!
But for now, i can only with you good luck.
