You are on TS talking to your fellow TTT staff a lot, which is what a good SA should be doing (and yes, that’s a call out to most of the current SA’s). You are a really friendly guy and you are really active in the server. Your fellow staff members say you don’t input enough in meetings, not sure if this is true but I’ll assume it is. It’s always good to have at least one good and bad point on every candidate so it shows you care about who enters the staff team (Also object to EVERYTHING you disagree with).

With a few weeks of giving valuable feedback in meetings I believe you would make a great SA. Best of luck!
