I was going to question how long you have been admin, but once I saw your gametrackers my entire opinion changed.
My best tip that I can give you that helped me reach my goal as LT is to keep a notepad near you, and during the week, maybe look at applications and investigate their recent punishments and how they are in game, activity looks, and how well their application is comprised, and write this stuff down, so when the meeting comes, you have something to say, and they will notice your presence in the meeting. My main obstacle I think achieving my rank as Super Admin was presence in the meetings, and I can see you have run into this problem too, and I hope this helped you(make sure you can be heard by everyone, dont be afraid to be wrong, or challenge someones word).

Another thing that will help you is joining spacers with other Lead Team member so they can get the gist of who you are and your personality. The LT are always happy to talk to you.

SSRP and TTT are very different, but, show your activity in the staff team, no not your in-server activity, but your activity in helping other staff and both users, show you are reliable.
