You don't put enough input into meetings which is a bit important and you barely ever use mic (You say you use it without me in the chat but you still need to talk anyway) so you need to improve on that and have don't seem to react well to staff telling you if you have done wrong example when you banned someone for about 2 weeks and did not listen to us saying that bans 6 months or older should not be accounted for and continued with keeping it on and left so mixed opinions from me.
