Sorry if this is a stupid post but I'm a bit confused as to why the report on Sophia was denied as your reasoning doesn't seem to relate much to the actual report as far as I can see. Your reasoning claims that his/her abuse of Joe was deleted but it was not and is still there so why was the report denied?
