Like Nick said you only use text chat and all which can be overlooked and due to the spamming and all. If you were to have a mic you would have a much higher chance and you don't stand out much in meetings so your kind of in a bad place so just keep up TS activity and all that you currently do and it will make your chance of being accepted high.
