You haven't improved much since last time you applied. Your activity has always been good and you have proven your dedication to the server and your teamspeak activity is quite good. You do an excellent job as an administrator on the server and you are quite experienced. You interact with everyone a lot and that's a really good thing but you don't stand out enough. Your leadership skills have improved a bit in my opinion but you need more of it! You not having a mic is still a big let down as mentioned before having a mic is really important for a super admin and not only for training . You don't get your opinions across during the meeting which is something really important as we want admins that are free to share their opinion and if you do i personally don't notice it as , well you are only typing and many a times the chat gets spammed and things are over looked.
