RDM is random deathmatch- When you kill/shoot a person for NO reason. E.G. Killing a guy because "your bored"

Note that RDM refers to killing for no RP reason.

Moderators can not ban.

3 warns and Straight ban (They should know better)

Same for here, and even if you could ban, you should kick before you get to banning.
