I feel like a little bit longer might be beneficial, just to gain some more experience as an Admin, however you are exceptionally active and friendly ingame. The only thing I could say to work on would be activity on Teamspeak and communicating via there with the Lead Team as a whole, and continuing to be vocal and showing a presence ingame and in meetings.
