One of the main things I would like to see you improving on would be your activity on Teamspeak and interaction with members of the Lead Team, as I have not seen much of you outside of the forums and ingame. I also think you need to gain some more experience as an Admin before becoming a Super Admin, and I would like to see you being more vocal in meetings. I do appreciate the fact that you are very vocal about your opinions however, and you do a good job ingame.
