You have really proven your dedication to the server with continuous amazing activity on the server as well as being quite experienced with situation you have to deal with as an administrator as well as the commands. Your leadership skills could use with a bit of improving and you don't stand out enough out of everyone. Your teamspeak activity is not good but it's at least its not non-existant. Sadly you don't stand out enough out of everyone in the staff team to become a super admin in my opinion. Your interaction with the rest of the staff team is not bad so i would definitely want to see you as a super administrator! Good luck!
