I have spoken with Ashur and Harmony and it turns out that while Harmony was trying to do his duties you wanted to RDM him for "banter" that he did not want. You interrupted his duties as Moderator which was unneeded to him. You shouldnt just randomly shoot people doing their job, trying to take him to a roof.
