I think you need to get more activity as you only got 3 days this week, getting more activity will show dedication towards the server (get it up this week). Your application is alright but I think you need to add more to the "Why I should be chosen" as I am sure there is more you can write

Anyway just keep playing the server and add a bit more to that section and you will stand a great chance.
