Your application is good as well as your play time on the server and you have proven your dedication to the server but in my opinion you don't stand out enough . Your teamspeak activity needs to be improved as well as your presence in the meetings and you socializing with other users and staff members. Another thing i would like you to improve on is your leader ship skills , quite frankly you don't stand out enough to become a super admin at the moment! Good luck!
