How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:My time as a Admin gained me more experience and meet alot of great people if its a player or a staff memeber i have seen alot of people on the forums, my time as admin helped me stop massrulebreak, my time as admin helped my prove that i would make a great Lead team member and help the server as much as i can, by bringing joy and fun into the server of DR, my time as Admin helped me learn more people in the lead team and sort of understand all the commands of an Super Admin,More people trust me for what i do, my Admin rank gave me power to handle situation easier
Thats why i think that i am ready to be part of the lead team


What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?I think that i am a good candidate because of my activity and i attend alot of meetings and try to communicate with the Lead team to understand what ther job is. I have gained trust for multiple staff members, including lead team members, and I am friendly to player and staff members,i have attended a training for a new staff member and gained experience to be able to do that myself i havehelp alot of Moderators or other Admins to handle situations calm and easily i am trying to handle forum appeals but i have never done it before and i will ask a LT+ to help me with it.
The only thing is that i could gain more experience as my time as Admin but in my opinion i think i am ready


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:Sometimes when I handle a situation they doubt if I'm doing it well. They always respect more a lead team member as their knowledge of the server should be better than of other staff members. but obviously they happen less times than in situations between players and moderators/admins. Anyway, I feel like I'm doing a good job of handling situations when I'm trying to deal with something or when I try to help the server out, but sometimes it doesnt go that well

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:I always have a look at the abuse report, and then I type something like "I'm handling this". After i look at the evidence of the player who reported the staff memeber. I would ask to both players about what happend and look for other people who witnessed this reported. after a long discussion with both players i will Make a conclusion if its accepted for the following

The staff member is sorry for his actions and understood that he was his mistake. Thanks for making this report. In the next lead team meeting we will sort out this situations and a punishment could be given.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?:I would contact the staff member and tell him in a respectful way that he has banned a player for an excessive amount of time. I would tell him that he shouldnt be banned for the amount of time the staff member gave him and i would tell a HA+ to change the time of the ban and try and contact the banned player to tell him that the ban has been changed to another amount.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?:i would tell the staff member to calm down and calmly fix this problem by telling him what to do and what reason to give him if the player fairly deserves his punishment, i would tell him to always keep in touch with me if he needs a SA to handle a situation that he/she cant I would ask the staff member if he needs help with anything else so he can do his job more comfortable by being respectful and being a good staff member.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?i would contact the staff memeber who accused the other one for rule breaking on private chat.
I would ask him for Screenshots if he has any and listen to both sides of the the problem if the staff member who accused the other staff member doesnt have any evidence i would deny it or just not take any action if the staff member has enough evidence to convinse me to take action i would tell the accused staff member to stop rulebreaking and tell a HA to remeber him, if he still rulebreaks i would emergency demote him.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?I would first tell them to stop arguing and stop disrepsecting each other because that's not needed. I would make them calm down. Then I would explain them that the argue was not needed, if there is something that a staff member is doing wrong, you can report him/her and show the evidences of the staff member not doing his/her job. After this situation is solved, I would remeber this situation.

you spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?: I would tell him in @ chat respectfully to stop what hes doing and ask him some questions like why are you doing this if he/she is angry i would make them calm down and tell them that there is not point when angry rule breaking
if he/she still rulebreaking i would immidently tell a SA+ to or talk to him/her or emergency demote the staff member and let them learn about there mistake and apoligize to the players who were harmed
