We don't refund for rule breaks but feel free to post a report abuse of the user in the report abuse section. Make sure you use the following template:

[b]Other Comments[/b] - (Anything else you want to add?) 
[b]Reason[/b] - (What rules did the person break?) 
[b]Story[/b] - (What happened?) 
[b]Proof[/b] - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

If some scams you they will be permenantly banned from the server until they hand back the items scammed. In the future gamble with people who wouldn't risk a perma ban
