Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Tell the person off, if person keeps spamming, mute/gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Tell them off, locate the exploit and report to superiours.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is the term for players communicating outside the game in a manner that ruins the gameplay. An example would be two playes using Discord, for instance, and while one is dead, and knows who the murder is, the other gets that information and RDM's the murder.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Have great experience running my own servers (closed since a year), can program, knows alot of tech stuff when it comes to Gmod.
