Your activity seems spread out but I think thats because you play across the servers which shows how hard you are trying for the position. Your application seems very detailed and it looks like you put a lot of effort into it, although your "Why I should be chosen" section could have a little more

Just keep playing, getting no punishments and possibly add another sentence or 2 into your app and you will stand a great chance.
