Exploits that are quite clearly an exploit should not be made public but things like map exploits that might be allowed some other places but not here should, as a user may not be able to ask a staff member as there are none on or not responding and could quite easily check the list and go "Oh this is not allowed", if they were to break it that is their fault as it is clearly labelled as not being allowed.
