If those players do end up exploiting it is the staff members duties to make sure this is avoided in the future. Currently a lot of staff members including lead team and users are confused about what is an exploit and the definition, so having a detailed explaination on the rule and what are exploits can counter act the rule breaks. Think about this carefully, how often do you see someone exploiting compared to disrespect? To me it is really rare to see an exploit compared to disrespect.
