I really don't care what others think whether you're ready or not, you actually care about staff members and that's the most important thing in my opinion looking at a lead team member. moreover you actually care about the server as well which is really helpful for lead team as well.
I know how much you love surf and just thinking about the amount of ideas you can suggest and bring up within the LT meeting makes me want to play the server.
People make mistakes and this dude can actually take them and understand you, he will actually bother "wasting" his time listenning to you and your side of the story and what happened.

I'm actually speechless, you handle sits within calm manner and you listen to both sides. you're always on the servers to help anyone if needed. Your activity on steam and how fast you reply to messages and the fact that you're always on TS even though you're working is just insane and proves the point that you actually care about your fellow staff members and if they need anything.
