Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would try first try to explain it myself "when pressing a move mouse to left and d mouse to right" if the person doesn't get it i would say to him to watch a youtube tutorial video about it

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would politely to ask the person to stop, if this person continues after the verbal(s) then mute/gag depends is it text or mic spam for certain amount of time. If that person still continues i'd just mute/gag for the rest of the map(s).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would first say to that person, that is using exploit and it's against the rules, if it doesn't stop there i would warn and necessarily kick. If this person ignores, comes back and continues doing the exploit i would have to call admin or anyone who posses higher rank than moderator.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen because almost every time when i am on bhop server, i see bhop staff there but they are mostly time farming and not doing anything to those mic/chat spammers which makes people want to leave including me, as moderator i could prevent this happening with power to gag/mute. My activity really depends of the weeks but i am mostly every time on at least 30 mins but trying for 1 hour a day.
