Well i will give you my full opinion here. You are a great guy and have shown your dedication to the server as well as your skills and traits. You handle situations very efficiently and fast. You could use with a bit more experience but it's enough for you to do your job as a Lead Team member . Your teamspeak and forums activity is very high and you don't need to worry about that part! You recently resigned and revoked which makes your chances go down fast. You really do need more leadership skills/traits as well as self confidence , the fact that you said "and if i get accepted OK XD,, is something you should never add to any applications as it shows you don't seriously want the role and makes me not take you seriously when you will apply "for real,, .
