this isn't the first time you applied and neither the first time i gave you things to work on which you sadly didn't improve on as much as i would want you to. As much as it is true that you have improved your forums and teamspeak activity in my opinion your teamspeak activity is still not enough.The fact that you don't have a microphone to some may be something irrelevant but for me it's really important as a big part of being Lead Team is training and it's almost impossible to do so without a microphone. Another important thing you need to work on is your meeting presence(which is also linked with you not having a microphone) most of the time I don't see you commenting on the applicants or it's because you don't have a microphone and it's really hard to get your point across just by typing as it easily gets ignored and not seen. One last important thing i want you to work on is your leadership skills . You may be saying "but what are leadership skills?,, well all I'm gonna say is even before i became a super admin fellow staff members would come to me for advice on situations and always followed my words even though i was same rank as them. Your activity and dedication to the server is amazing as well as your in-game attitude and you experience and handling situations . Please improve on the points i mentioned above and you will have a very high chance of becoming a super admin! Final verdict :
