Like Aek says, you would need more time as an admin to show you have experience alongside the reason with giving more opinions in the meetings. Also, your forum activity is good however, your teamspeak activity is pretty lacking at the moment however I can see that you are improving that overtime. Overall, you wont have my vote this week either however like I said with Jax, keep up your good work for the server and then you will get my vote.
