I don't want to seem rude but at the moment you won't have my vote. I think that you need to be admin for quite a lot longer to show leadership and dedication. I think you should also try and give more opinions in meetings and talk to Lead Team members such as myself so we get a good idea of what you are like.

Once you have done all of these you will get my vote.
