I don't want to come across aggresive but sometimes your responses seem a little hasty. If you don't get it this week then you can reapply next week and if you keep up the activity and don't get too many recent punishments then you shall stand a great chance.

At the moment I think your "Why you should be chosen" section could have a bit more added but the "How you would deal with a disrespectful user" can be improved and covered when/if you get trained for moderator. I also think you need to get AT LEAST 1 week of good consistent activity to show you are dedicated and truly want to help.
