Currently you are the worst admin on the server, You dont do admin duties such as reports and when you do them u spend 1 second on them and finish them. I dont think you are fit for super admin let alone admin. You are imature and never listen to feedback provided to you. You say as super admin you would give out demotions if told to, I honesty think you need to be demoted rather than you demoting others.
