I myself dislike the current policies but i haven't resigned, i find it better to continue being a staff member with the hopes that one day i will be able to change them and i think that's what you should do too! I personally find this situation not worthy of anyones resignation but of course it's your choice , not mine and i will respect your decision no matter what. If you do not revoke within a week then all i have to say to you is good luck for the future and thanks for your work!
