I am still not too sure about your attitude as you did fly off the handle with another staff member just days ago and it did seem a rather immature instance. I am just saying I think you need to be careful about your attitude as I think sometimes you don't realise how aggresive you are being.

Other than that you are active and do a good job in your sections.
