Ashur removed the warning, however, as Raeker said, cops and hitmen do not need to work together, and so the definition of a "friend" shouldn't be streched into this situation. If you were to look at it from that perspective, this is still RDM, and regardless, Ashur removed the warning.
No action needs to be taken on this report.
