I will be speaking to Ashur about this and bringing it up in the meeting next week. This is not an appropriate way to handle situations, he did not give you a chance to unarrest him, did not allow you to discuss it, he could not remove the propblock in spawn, as he is a mod and so cannot remove other people's props.
Since he was wanted, you were allowed to arrest him without it being RDA, and since he did not try to talk to you or anyone after teleporting, it was not clear that he had teleported for administrative purposes. I will be speaking to Ashur regarding his attitude, and the fact that we need to see an improvement from it pronto, and I will be explaining to him that he should not warn someone for RDA in this situation. If it had been an admin sit, he could have warned you for interrupting a sit, however this was not one, and therefore you should not have been warned. I will contact a Head Admin to remove the warning from your rapsheet.
