You're doing a good job as far as I can see, and are a great Admin, so keep up with that.
I personally don't feel like you stand out overly in regards to your leadership skills, which is the only real negative I can see with you. Try to work more by communicating with the staff team ingame, convincing people to do F1s, communicating actively with Lead Team and staff. I also think that, since we have a lot of Super Admins currently, we don't need any more.
